Petrified Wood is a naturally occurring alchemical stone. It’s created when a live tree falls into water, absorbs elements in the water (iron, copper, sometimes even Aragonite), and eventually turns to stone. This protective stone is incredibly grounding, which comes as no surprise since it used to be rooted in the Earth. 

Petrified wood carries ancient knowledge. It’s said the rings on the stone can be read like a book and aid in the search for past life knowledge. Use this stone when during times of transition and challenge to help keep you grounded and calm.
